One such opportunity arose when our customer services team took a call from Janet Henry, Project Manager at the newly opened One Hatfield Hospital.

Janet was coordinating the opening of the new hospital which was being refurbished following a CQC Audit.

Janet initially called our Customer Services team to enquire about the different options of Light Handle Covers that were needed for their newly fitted theatres. Appreciating the urgency of the situation, our Operations Director Phil Franklin took the call and talked through the options, identifying the correct type of light handle covers that would work best for her requirements.

Phil then travelled on the same day to to meet Janet, to demonstrate and install the covers, ensuring their new theatres were ready in time for the opening.

Janet says “I was very pleased with the service and so relieved that the handles could be fitted in time for the opening”
