To ensure that our global distribution partners are fully knowledgeable about the Purple Surgical laparoscopic and surgical stapling product portfolios we have developed a series of Regional Distributor Training Programmes, introduced in 2017 for distributors in Madrid, Panama and Malaysia.


Before the programme starts, delegates are sent study materials to refresh their product knowledge, followed by an online pre-training assessment. The assessments allows us to gauge the current level of knowledge of our single-use surgical instruments and devices. We then adapt the training to meet specific needs.

Our training programmes are structured over 3-5 days and are a mix of theoretical material, interactive hands-on operative sessions, and fun competitions. Once the training is finished, delegates complete a follow-up online assessment, to understand how successful the training has been.
