Our 55,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in Taunton, Somerset employs over 100 local staff, utilises raw materials from local British suppliers and as a result; significantly reduces the environmental impact and carbon footprint on products purchased from overseas.

As a manufacturing company, we work hard to preserve the environment and keep pollution to an absolute minimum. We source our energy from the solar panels and wind turbines that surround our production facility to run our machines. The packaging we use is made from recycled material which once used, we supply back to local businesses to be recycled once again.

Being a UK manufacturer also gives us complete control over product design and quality, allowing us to provide the worldwide healthcare market with high quality, reliable products, competitively priced. It allows us to closer manage our stock and ensure we have the products you want, when you need them.

Our UK manufacturing facility works closely alongside our UK customer services department, allowing us to provide you with an efficient and timely service from point of order to after sales service and support. Orders received from our Head Office in Shenley are processed in real time. An order received before 2pm can be picked, packed and dispatched the same day if required.

In 2012, we invested in a new warehouse management system, ensuring speedy and accurate product identification, and minimal picking errors, currently running at 99.77% accuracy.
